The role oversees daily warehouse logistics operations, customer appointment schedules, operational customer inquiries, shift leadership of approximately 20 employees, employee scheduling and vacation planning, process training, quality and occupational health and safety compliance, and administrative support. Candidates need warehouse logistics and employee-management experience, shift availability, MS Office proficiency, strong organizational and customer-orientation skills, and German language skills.
