Description
The Logistics Operations Supervisor oversees warehouse logistics during weekend shifts, coordinating replenishment, picking, e-commerce, and shipping while maintaining service levels and supporting omnichannel operations. The role prepares and allocates workload, ensures productivity, quality, safety, and KPI objectives, and manages communication between weekday Team Leaders and weekend teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics or warehouse operations, French fluency, and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with English knowledge as an asset.
