Nemera is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader to support warehouse operations, supervise and train packers and material handlers, maintain inventory and safety standards, perform equipment maintenance and audits, and assist with continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lead a team of six, forklift operation, and lifting up to 55 pounds. It pays $25.00–$28.00 USD per hour and follows a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM.
