Description
The Logistics Operator coordinates ocean, air, and trucking freight with carriers and third-party logistics providers; supports fulfillment and distribution; maintains SOPs; resolves freight issues; analyzes operational data and KPIs; and improves logistics processes. The role requires strong customer orientation, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and work-under-pressure skills, with freight-forwarding or logistics experience preferred. It offers up to $24–$28 per hour, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, paid sick leave, and other benefits.
