The role coordinates shipment scheduling, carrier bookings, freight documentation, delivery exceptions, shipment monitoring, records, performance reporting, and coaching of junior operators. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of logistics or transportation experience, fluent English and Hindi, rotational on-site availability, and an associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. The position is full time.
