The Warehouse Picking and Loading Specialist handles equipment and materials, performs daily checklists, packages and palletizes products, assists customers with loading, moves and verifies stock, monitors inventory and demarca indicators, organizes picking locations, conducts inspections and inventory processes, and trains and guides colleagues. The role requires high school completion, basic logistics and inventory-management knowledge, and a driver's license, and includes medical, dental, life, Wellhub, food, leave, transportation, and share-benefit packages.
