Description
Organon is hiring a Logistics Operator in Oss to manage the complete physical and administrative flow of goods, including receiving, inspection, booking, sampling, put-away, order preparation, automated-system work, documentation, first-line maintenance, and quality checks. The role can be performed on a two-shift schedule with an average night shift every 13 weeks, or by mutual agreement on day shifts, and is available full-time or part-time for at least 24 hours per week. Applicants need at least MBO-3 education or relevant experience, at least one year of logistics experience, strong administrative and communication skills, and the ability to work safely with transport equipment and at heights. The salary is €16.00–€18.00 per hour, with travel reimbursement and development opportunities.
