Description
The role owns logistics optimization across the delivery lifecycle, including dispatch algorithms, on-time delivery performance, stacked orders, rider demand forecasting, shift-city setups, and rider performance tools. It also covers governance, reporting, customer satisfaction, talent recruitment, and management of direct reports. The position requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, basic supply chain and finance knowledge, strong Excel and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
