Bosch Charleston is hiring a Logistics Packaging Design / Engineering (LOD) Associate to support packaging-related production challenges at its Charleston, South Carolina manufacturing facility. The role involves troubleshooting packaging issues, supporting line trials, evaluating packaging materials, reducing waste, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and R&D teams. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in packaging, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering, have basic packaging knowledge, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD familiarity is a plus. The position is for indefinite U.S. work authorization only, with future sponsorship unavailable.
