GAP Hire Solutions is hiring one permanent full-time Logistics Planner to support the day-to-day planning of tanker services routes across the United Kingdom from its Glasgow head office. The role involves coordinating with depots and tanker drivers, processing sales orders, planning and executing tanker-driver routes, closing contracts, providing customer updates, resolving queries, and producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Candidates should have previous logistics planning experience in a busy distribution environment, strong communication and accuracy, Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge, and the ability to work to deadlines; transport, haulage, or waste industry experience is advantageous.
