Description
Wabtec is hiring a Logistics and Warehouse Operations Manager at its Stemmann Polska plant in Kąty Wrocławskie. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the role leads internal logistics optimization, warehouse and transportation process improvement, Lean and digitalization projects, WMS functionality, inventory management, and operational excellence. The position requires a master's degree or higher in logistics or a related field, at least three years of manufacturing experience, WMS and ERP experience, carrier relationship management, team leadership, analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluency in Polish and English. EU work authorization is required, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
