Optronics is hiring a Logistics Process Manager in Oberkochen to support the planning, implementation, and optimization of logistics processes, analyze and improve existing processes, develop process standards, coordinate material flow across departments, prepare process metrics, and introduce automation technologies. The role requires a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a comparable field, several years of logistics or process management experience, knowledge of Lean Management and Six Sigma, strong MS Office skills, and German C1 proficiency. It is temporary agency employment with a 35-hour workweek, starting immediately or by arrangement.
