Description
Coupang is seeking a logistics program manager to lead end-to-end logistics programs across first-, middle-, and last-mile operations in Taiwan. The role owns scope, OKRs, KR→TW report transitions, operational performance improvements, dashboards, simulations, risk mitigation, and cross-functional change adoption. Candidates need at least six years of program or project management or analytics-driven operations experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain, strong SQL and data-validation skills, proficiency with Tableau or Power BI, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
