Description
The Returns & Quality Associate performs quality checks on products, packaging, and warehouse processes; follows up on complaints and quality issues; investigates stock discrepancies, picking errors, and other logistics problems; processes returns, stock cleanses, and temporarily held products; verifies system inventory against actual stock; analyzes data in Excel; and reports findings in Dutch or English. The role combines administrative and operational duties and is offered as a full-time permanent early shift from 05:50 to 14:00, with a base pay of €16.5960, a 7.5% shift premium, and €10 per day in meal vouchers.
