Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Logistics Shift Supervisor for its Savannah River Mill in Rincon, Georgia. The role leads and mentors technicians, operators, and allocators; teaches equipment theory and operational processes; supports environmental, health, safety, and compliance; aligns asset strategies; develops individual employee plans; and manages labor cost, overtime, and staffing. The position works a rotating 12-hour schedule covering days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, with a starting rate of $27 per hour and potential annual bonus and pay progression. A high school diploma or GED, computer and software experience, and manufacturing or industrial supervisory experience are required.
