TERO GmbH is hiring a full-time Logistics Shift Supervisor in Haren (Ems), Lower Saxony, to manage and supervise warehouse and logistics operations during a two-shift operation. The role oversees inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, productivity, quality, safety, staffing, customer and internal communication, shift handovers, and documentation. Candidates need logistics or warehousing training, several years of sector experience, leadership experience, German language proficiency, WMS knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. Compensation is approximately €4,000 per month plus allowances and surcharges, with life and accident insurance, a job bike, and vacation and Christmas bonuses.
