Mondial Relay by InPost is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee the operations, workforce, compliance, and development of a new logistics site in Île-de-France. The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations, manages around 30 employees and Operations Managers, coordinates transport and subcontractors, controls flows and costs, monitors performance indicators, ensures safety and working conditions, and develops the distribution network. The position is permanent and full-time, with a gross annual salary of €50,000–€60,000 and a company vehicle.
