Motul is hiring a Logistics Specialist for its North American supply chain in Houston, Texas, on a permanent contract. The role coordinates freight tenders, pickups, deliveries, and shipments across multiple modes; tracks and resolves shipment exceptions; prepares shipping documentation; supports import and export compliance; maintains SAP and logistics records; and improves transportation processes. Candidates need an associate degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, operations, or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and the ability to work with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and 3PL partners. The position is based in Houston with no teleworking.
