AJC International is hiring a full-time, entry-level Logistics Specialist to manage refrigerated cargo movement and export documentation. The role includes preparing and dispatching export documents, coordinating container traffic and vendors, tracking containers, handling customs clearance and inspections, coordinating customer and warehouse deliveries, reviewing vendor invoices, and liaising with carriers, forwarding companies, trucking companies, cold storages, and other AJC offices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of international logistics import/export, inventory, documentation, and transportation experience, advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills, familiarity with Incoterms and transportation modes, fluent English, and availability Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
