KAO Chemicals is hiring a Logistics Specialist to plan and manage inbound and outbound transportation, coordinate freight dispatch for packaged goods, liquids, ocean transport, and European land freight, manage freight forwarders, monitor KPIs and service quality, handle trouble management, and support customs and external service providers. The role requires vocational training in freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable field, experience in transportation or logistics administration, strong German and English communication skills, and a data-driven approach; ERP/TMS, KPI reporting, customs knowledge, and dangerous goods regulations are desirable.
