Description
The Logistics Coordinator supports Kelvion’s Supply Chain Management Team by planning and coordinating inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments, managing freight forwarders, customs brokers, trucking vendors, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers, and processing shipments through the ERP system. The role also handles import and export documentation, freight claims, invoice review, routing instructions, warehouse stock movements, and customer service for shipment receipt and documentation. It requires English fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, ERP familiarity, a valid driver’s license, forklift operation, and the ability to safely handle objects up to 50 pounds.
