Description
Oura is hiring a Logistics Specialist, Retail Operations to support retail logistics across the United States, Canada, and LATAM. The role manages purchase orders, routing, ASN/EDI compliance, shipments, chargebacks, returns, inventory visibility, transfer orders, and omni-channel order alignment; it also owns retailer KPIs, reporting dashboards, root-cause analysis, and process automation. The position is hybrid in San Francisco, requiring three days per week in the office, and requires at least five years of relevant retail logistics, wholesale, or omni-channel supply chain experience.
