Description
The role supports the Operations Manager by deputizing for them, supervising logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates, monitoring KPIs and workflows, coaching staff, interviewing candidates, briefing drivers and associates, resolving process issues, training new associates, and managing resourcing and performance matters. It requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, experience with planning, performance metrics, process improvement, and team management, with logistics and data-analysis experience preferred. The position requires flexibility for different shifts and overtime.
