Description
The role leads a manufacturing team of up to approximately 50 people and is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, employee satisfaction, work instructions, KPI management, personnel administration, team development, production planning, engineering support, daily operations, escalation processes, and continuous improvement. It requires advanced Microsoft Office, health and safety, logistics, ERP, and continuous improvement knowledge, plus a bachelor's degree in Engineering and Administration with at least one year of experience leading a team of more than 35 people.
