Description
The Logistics Supervisor oversees the end-to-end daily handover from fulfillment to last-mile delivery, supervising the logistics team during shifts and coordinating with drivers, 3PL partners, and fulfillment operations. The role manages route dispatch, order assignments, loading, truck arrivals, driver issues, route coverage, and performance metrics, while preparing shift reports and resolving operational blockers. It requires at least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment, bilingual English and Spanish ability, and physical ability to work in warehouse and cold-storage environments. Compensation is $25–$27 USD, with health insurance through Cigna, weekly payments, and advancement opportunities.
