Eaton’s IS AER FED division is hiring a Logistics Supervisor for its Rumford, Rhode Island facility. The role directs storeroom, receiving, and shipping activities; maintains inventory accuracy and FIFO controls; coordinates with manufacturing and purchasing teams; manages customer deliveries and shipping documentation; resolves receiving discrepancies; and leads the Shipping & Receiving team. Candidates need a bachelor’s or associate’s degree and at least three years of people leadership or supply chain/operations experience in a manufacturing environment, or military experience in lieu of a degree. The position offers an annual salary of $97,000–$143,000 plus a variable incentive program, and applicants must be within 50 miles of Rumford, Rhode Island.
