Description
The Logistics Supervisor oversees shipping, receiving, inventory, material flow, warehouse operations, and the warehouse team in a manufacturing environment. The role coordinates with Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales, Planning, HR, and other stakeholders; manages staffing, performance appraisals, safety compliance, audits, emergencies, production troubleshooting, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, and three years of logistics or manufacturing operations experience. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid holidays and vacation, and an annual salary of $100,000 to $130,000.
