MANTECH is hiring a full-time Logistics Supervisor for its Hanover, Maryland location. The role supervises warehouse associates, forklift drivers, and shipping/receiving clerks; oversees picking, packing, staging, loading, dispatch coordination, safety, inventory counts, stock rotation, and order accuracy; and resolves shipping and carrier issues. Candidates need at least three years of warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience, one year of lead or supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, WMS and ERP proficiency, barcode and RF experience, Microsoft Office competency, and a current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. The projected compensation range is $80,900 to $134,700, with health insurance and other benefits available.
