Description
Open Hand is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to manage day-to-day order fulfillment, picking, staging, delivery, quality assurance, customer service, route planning, transportation costs, inventory accuracy, fleet maintenance, and KPI reporting. The role supervises picking and delivery team members, coaches staff on the manufacturing floor, investigates audit and quality issues, and supports HR functions. It requires Georgia residency, at least three years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility or five years in supervisory and management experience without food production experience, and Microsoft application, data analysis, and reporting skills.
