Description
The Operations Supervisor will lead permanent and flexible workers in an international logistics environment, bridging strategy and daily work-floor execution. The role includes coaching and developing team members, conducting performance reviews, maintaining a safe and structured working environment, identifying operational improvements, and participating in process-professionalization projects. The position is full-time with varying shifts, located between Arnhem and Nijmegen, and offers a six-month-to-one-year contract through Randstad with a salary of €3,800–€5,500 excluding allowances.
