Factor_, a brand of HelloFresh, is hiring a Supervisor to support shift management and daily logistics, fulfillment, or production operations. The role coordinates Associates and other Supervisors, ensures compliance with SOPs, safety, quality, and hygiene standards, allocates tasks, trains new Associates, monitors productivity, conducts simple analyses and root-cause investigations, and supports shift handovers. Candidates need initial experience in logistics, fulfillment, production, or a comparable operational environment, strong German skills, and willingness to work shifts across different temperature zones.
