Description

TransMedics is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to join their newly established Transplant Logistics Command Center. This role involves arranging travel logistics for NOP teams, managing pick-up/drop-off schedules, assisting teams with mission-related requests, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator will work 15-12-hour shifts monthly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
Required Previous Experiences: 5 years professional work experience
3 years professional work experience

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound recommendations based on thoughtful and accurate analysis
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player, willing to step in and help others as needed
Tech savvy and able to learn new systems, apps and processes quickly
