Description
The NATO/NCI Agency is seeking a Logistics Support Expert in Brussels for a full-time, fully on-site engagement from 11 October through 31 December 2026. The role manages the full lifecycle of CIS assets, including acquisition, receipt, inspection, storage, inventory, distribution, movement, accountability, transfer, and disposal; maintains logistics records and documentation; monitors warehouse deliveries and shipments; coordinates with technical, logistics, and warehouse personnel; supports inventory inspections and discrepancy resolution; prepares reports; and recommends process improvements. The candidate must hold an active NATO SECRET clearance, have relevant vocational or secondary education with the required post-related experience, and possess logistics/supply-chain training plus experience with Oracle ERP Logistics and Asset Management modules, ICT equipment coordination, and administrative processing. NATO resource tools, Oracle Business Intelligence or Power BI, NATO organizational knowledge, Excel, and SharePoint are desirable.
