Description
The Team Leader manages resources and quality in a logistics production environment, supervising and coaching employees, coordinating onboarding and temporary staffing, monitoring machinery and maintenance, supporting SAP flows, and ensuring safety, HR, and quality compliance. The role requires people-management experience, Dutch-French bilingualism or willingness to train, organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and preferably SAP experience. It is a full-time 37-hour-per-week Monday-to-Friday two-shift position with a salary package based on PC 200 class D, meal vouchers, employer-paid hospitalization insurance, and 22 days of leave.
