Arvato is hiring a Logistics Team Leader to lead a logistics area at its Großzöberitz/Heidloh site. The role manages and optimizes logistics processes, leads supervisors, plans resources and shifts, ensures SLAs and operational excellence, monitors quality and costs, and collaborates with other logistics areas. Candidates need warehouse logistics or comparable training, at least three years of logistics leadership experience, strong MS Office and SAP knowledge, German and English language skills, and willingness to work shifts and weekends.
