Description
The Logistics Team Leader manages a large-scale logistics operation by overseeing parcel sorting, coaching and allocating staff, monitoring output, coordinating with drivers and colleagues, and reporting to a supervisor. The role requires team leadership, Dutch proficiency, decision-making, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; logistics experience and knowledge of French or English are preferred. It offers hourly pay of €17.50–€20 plus premiums, meal and eco vouchers, night-shift work, full-time or part-time options, and training.
