Penske is hiring a Logistics Trainee for a 9–12 month management trainee program designed for transitioning or recently transitioned military personnel. Based in Ontario, California, the program provides hands-on experience in customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch, documentation, driver deliveries, cross-docking, safety, fleet and equipment planning, Lean processes, and logistics operations. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, able to commute daily to Ontario, and willing to relocate after program completion. The role pays $25 per hour, with an average annual income of approximately $55,000 including overtime, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
