Vesta Home is hiring a Logistics Trainer to onboard and train new field logistics hires while also serving as a Delivery Lead when not training. The role covers warehouse instruction, safe lifting, product protection, truck loading, furniture assembly, customer interaction, ride-alongs, and on-site delivery leadership. Candidates need at least one year of delivery-lead or equivalent experience, strong product-handling and communication skills, the ability to lift heavy furniture, and a valid driver’s license where applicable. The position pays $27.00–$34.00 per hour and includes paid time off, a 401(k), and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
