Description
The Ohio Department of Medicaid is hiring a Medicaid Health Systems Administrator to lead the Nursing Facility Long-Term Care Rate Setting Team. The role develops and adjusts semi-annual nursing facility reimbursement rates, analyzes claims and cost-report data, maintains rate-setting components in the Ohio Medicaid Enterprise System, reviews legislative and regulatory proposals, supports projections and policy development, manages the Private Room Incentive Program, and responds to inquiries from providers and managed care plans. The position requires relevant graduate-level education and approximately 12 months of health services or Medicaid experience, offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, and requires travel as needed.
