Description
The City of Stockholm is hiring approximately 10 temporary Support Assistants to provide support and services to people with disabilities in their homes and during activities outside the home. The role includes supporting social and leisure participation, helping with practical tasks, promoting independence, documenting individual needs, collaborating with healthcare and social services professionals, and working with low-arousal approaches, structured teaching, and AAC. Candidates should have relevant nursing, care, health and social care, social work, or pedagogical training, experience working with people with disabilities, strong Swedish communication skills, digital documentation experience, and flexibility. The position offers a salary of SEK 24,000–32,000.
