KIPP Public Schools Northern California is hiring a full-time, one-year contract Long Term Substitute Teacher for an elementary school position in San Francisco for the 2026–27 school year. The teacher will plan and deliver instruction, manage a daily virtual math tutoring block, monitor student safety and technology, analyze academic and attendance data, maintain an inclusive classroom using Restorative Practices and Social Emotional Learning, communicate with families and staff, and collaborate with instructional leaders and an external tutoring provider. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, an Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit, strong instructional and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and instructional technology.
