Description
MultiTech is seeking a LoRaWAN Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and maintain firmware for LoRaWAN module product lines and custom sensor applications. The role focuses on Arm Cortex-M microcontrollers, STM32 hardware, Mbed OS, and Zephyr RTOS, with responsibilities including LoRaWAN MAC-layer implementation, protocol compliance, board support packages, custom sensor applications, hardware validation, test suites, bootloaders, FOTA, power optimization, and LoRa Alliance contributions. Candidates need at least five years of bare-metal and RTOS firmware development experience, strong C/C++ skills, and expertise with LoRaWAN, STM32, Mbed OS, Zephyr, radio drivers, debugging, and automated testing. The role is based in the Minnesota facility and includes a manufacturing environment.
