Associated Services Inspections, Ltd. is hiring contracted Loss Control Field Inspectors to perform commercial, residential, and agricultural property evaluations for insurance underwriting reports. The role includes scheduling insureds, conducting on-site inspections of building systems, fire and life safety, maintenance, liability exposures, and property conditions; taking measurements and 20–35 photographs per structure; interviewing insureds; updating assignments online; and completing reports in Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch. Applicants should have 3–5 years of commercial insurance loss control inspection experience, knowledge of commercial property, general liability, and workers’ compensation, strong communication and organizational skills, online reporting proficiency, and the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius. Compensation is a flat fee per case, typically $70–$75 for standard inspections.
