HUGO BOSS is hiring a remote Loss Prevention Associate to support the Loss Prevention & Inventory Control Manager with inventory control for the United States. The role leads loss prevention investigations, monitors retail sites, analyzes shrinkage trends, supports retail locations, coordinates with law enforcement, prepares executive reports, and helps develop loss-prevention policies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of field experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with exception-based reporting; SAP and business intelligence experience are desirable. The position includes some overnight travel, early mornings, late nights, and weekends, and offers a base salary of $67,000–$72,000 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
