Ross Stores, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Loss Prevention Associate at its new distribution center in Brookshire, Texas. The role protects associates and company assets by maintaining safety and security processes, conducting safety and security audits and patrols, monitoring for hazards, responding to critical incidents, managing facility access and traffic, investigating theft, and supporting loss prevention and safety initiatives. No prior loss prevention or security experience is required; a high school diploma or GED, English communication, interpersonal, basic computer, data-entry, physical lifting, and mobility skills are required.
