Description
The Loss Prevention Associate at Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and store management by preventing and reporting potential loss, maintaining a visible presence at the store entrance or in departments, wearing a body-worn camera, assisting customers, responding to incidents via radio, conducting closing safety sweeps, and documenting incidents in AIIM Case Management. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, independence, organization, time management, and the ability to stand for long periods; 0–2 years of retail or security experience is requested.
