The role focuses on implementing loss prevention initiatives, investigating internal and external theft, using CCTV, access control, EAS, exception reporting, and RFID inventory systems, and supporting store teams with training and inventory accuracy. The position requires at least 2 years of relevant loss prevention or asset protection experience, knowledge of Canadian laws, a provincial license, strong communication and customer service skills, and flexibility to travel within assigned locations.
