Key responsibilities include conducting patrols, resolving customer conflicts, securing premises, preventing losses, controlling traffic, completing detailed reports, and maintaining environmental standards. The role demands physical stamina for prolonged periods of walking or standing, frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling heavy objects like ice carts, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Candidates should possess prior retail, customer service, law enforcement, or loss prevention experience, and be a licensed Peace Officer.
