Description
The Security Manager oversees daily security and loss-prevention operations at a property, including fire prevention, emergency preparedness, hazard and risk assessments, CCTV and alarm inspections, patrols, incident investigations, key control, guest and employee safety, claims monitoring, and staff training. The role also manages customer service, safety procedures, department performance, and coordination with law enforcement and emergency services, while maintaining required logs, certifications, and operating-budget compliance.
