Description
The Loss Prevention Manager oversees the hotel’s security and loss prevention operations, including coordinating security hiring and termination, assigning shift personnel, reviewing officer reports, investigating incidents, managing surveillance and key-control programs, maintaining security equipment, monitoring hotel traffic, and reporting safety hazards. The role requires at least two years of security or loss prevention management experience in a hotel setting, a high school degree or equivalent, computer skills, strong communication and people skills, and the ability to work professionally under stress.
